Once the acknowledgment is received, the Seller must provide the applicable goods and arrange delivery.

Curbside delivery service means your item will be delivered to the curb at the end of your driveway. The delivery person will not place the item on your driveway, sidewalk, or inside your home. They will also not remove the packaging.

To process your order, we need a valid street address. If you need to correct the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If the Product is shipped to the wrong address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling charges.

Product delivery will be conducted on the date and time you selected during purchase. We are not responsible for any expenses, loss, or damage to the goods if we fail to deliver your Product on the specified date.

Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the contents of each package before signing the bill of lading. If there are any visible damages, please note them on the bill of lading. Opening all received boxes and inspecting the products for concealed damage at delivery time is also essential. If the driver does not allow you to review the freight, please note it on the bill of lading. Report any damages to us within 48 hours of the shipment/delivery date. Failure to comply with these rules will disqualify customers from merchandise replacement. We are not responsible for transportation, shipping, removal, labor, installation charges, or costs incurred in replacing the Product.

How to measure warp.

You can use a taut string or straight edge to measure warp in a door. Make sure to count on the concave face of the door, whether diagonally, horizontally, or vertically. Measure where the taut string or straight edge is farthest from the door's face. Remember to measure the concave face of the door and keep it open while measuring; the lock should not be latched into the strike. One person can measure warp by taping one or both ends of the string onto the face of the door, holding it taut. Avoid measuring warp to the door frame, as a door may not fit properly, but it may not be warped. In such cases, check the frame's plumb and square setting and ensure that the jambs are not twisted or out of alignment. If you need to make a claim for warp, you may defer action for up to one year after project completion to allow doors to acclimate to temperature and humidity conditions.

Allowable warp tolerance for wood doors.

For doors that are 1-3/4 inch (44 mm) or thicker, the maximum gap allowed for doors 3’-6" x 7’-0" (1050 mm x 2100 mm) or smaller is 1/4 inch (6.4 mm). For doors larger than 3’-6" x 7’-0" (1050 mm x 2100 mm), the maximum gap allowed in any 3’-6" x 7’-0" (1050 mm x 2100 mm) section is also 1/4 inch (6.4 mm).

For doors that are 1-3/8 inch (35 mm) thick, the maximum gap allowed for doors 3’-0" x 7’-0" (900 mm x 2100 mm) or smaller is 1/4 inch (6.4 mm). There are no specific guidelines for larger sizes in this standard.
