Door construction: Our stile and rail doors are crafted using linear lumber pieces assembled into a single structure to ensure functionality and durability.

Door filling: MDF panels. This material provides reliable soundproofing and keeps the heat inside the room.

High-quality finish: The slab's surface is covered with polypropylene, an eco-friendly material that can resist moisture and temperature changes. The door with a polypropylene finish is easy to maintain, only requiring a damp cloth for cleaning without harsh detergents.

Easy door hanging: EZ-Hang is a seven-bracket door installation system that can be used at any stage of construction, making it unnecessary to use shims. This patented technology makes hanging an interior door five times faster. One of the advantages of EZ-Hang is that the attachment is adjustable, so there is no need to bend or alter the bracket. It is suitable for both sides of the door, with or without drywall.

Interior door installation instructions:

1. Draw a vertical plumb line on the drywall about 1/2″ from the rough hinge side opening.
2. Attach the brackets to the back of the door frame using the 1/2″ screws provided.
3. Starting at the top hinge, match up one of the bracket lines with the level line drawn in step one. Screw the interior door to the wall using screws provided.
